Norwegian university of Science and technology NTNU has also made a basic course in English.
This course is probably the best free material you will be able to get online.

For Basic Norwegian the most commonly used book is På Vei.
Their website is here På Vei - If you live in Norway this is probably the best book and all you need.
However, it is only in Norwegian - which may cause hazzle if you don't attend a course or have personal teacher.
It may also be difficult to legally aquire outside of Norway.
For intermediate and advanced Norwegian the most common books are:
